Mindfulness is a mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique

-not all your thoughts are real sometimes they remade up by the subconscious end of our brain

-Understand all things come and go. There are seasons in life, learn to adapt in any situation quick.
